Second prototype of haptic device
Featuring 208 rectangular balsa wood pins and 16 servo motors, this prototype enhances the tactile experience by emphasising the extensive contact areas of the pins. The design draws attention to texture and motion, with pins fluctuating, submerging, and emerging, creating a deeper multisensory engagement through the integration of sound, touch, and motion.
